Flys-Off Insect Repellent for Dogs, 9 oz Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My dogs don't like to go out early in the morning or at dusk because the flies and mosquitoes are fierce in rural Florida. They didn't like the smell of the human grade Deet products, and I read in a dog magazine that I couldn't use products with Deet on my dogs.If I recall, it was something about prolonged use causing nerve damage.I found this wonderful spray and my Dad wanted a can.I couldn't remember where I purchased the product.I checked Amazon and of course they had the product, so I shipped him a can. He is delighted with the product. It keeps the insects off.

Flys-Off Fly Repellent Ointment, 5 oz Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This product certainly did the job. At about 1/3 of what I paid for a similar product at the vet's office, it does the job better. The flies leave my dog's ears alone even if I use the product every other day. The best part is that it isn't painful for my dog as other insect repellants have been.

Lentek Biteshield RZ02 Electronic Racket Zapper Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is the best zapper that I bought from Amazon. The first zapper worked great for one season. It had several fixable breakdowns, until finally it just disintegrated. The second zapper, called Charcoal Companion, is very similar to the one that fell apart last year and I don't expect it to last much longer. Besides that, CC requires you to press two buttons instead of one, which is a very strange idea indeed. When you are under a sustained black fly/moskito attack, your finger dexterity is greatly diminished, which results in more wins for the other side.

This zapper has none of those problems. It is incomparably better designed, very sturdy, no loose pieces, and the electrified grid is protected by a safety mesh on both sides, so that you accidentally don't zap yourself or your girlfriend. And it costs less! Can't beat that. The reason I call it "nuclear" is because it has a prominent A over the grid. It is indeed a weapon of choice. Just nuke 'em!

Product Description:
Armed with this tennis racket-style bug zapper at the next barbecue or campout, mosquitoes, flies and gnats will be no game, set or match for you. Equipped with a mild electrical current just hot enough to kill bugs, not fry them, the Electric Racket Zapper emits no smell, and uses no poison or harmful materials. No tennis elbow either! Just activate the zapper with the handy on/off switch and touch flying bugs with a simple wave of the racket and they're gone. The zapper is small enough to take with you wherever you go. Small warning: Though only the middle grid is active and it is protected by 2 grids from the outside, the net will become hot when activated, so please keep away from skin, and from children. A red light indicates net is 'hot' and ready to kill. Best of all, weighing just 4 ounces there's no worrying about tennis elbow! The unit requires 2 AA-sized batteries (not included).

Hot Shot 5580 No Pest Strip Unscented Hanging Vapor Insect Repellent Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Hello, I'm land surveyor and am constantly in the woods with the ticks and chiggers. I have learned that if you break this open, cut in half and run shoelaces through each piece you can place around ankle of boot which will give you a very good tick and chigger repellent for about 2-3 months. I never spray with anything else, just this. Ticks will crawl on me for just a little bit but then will die. Can't hardly smell this after opened so it doesn't smell like the sprays. Completely kills chiggers, which is a very big plus to me, and the only place that the ticks will bite in is around the shoulder and up. Since I don't want to wear one as a collar I can stand one or two bites a week.
