(More customer reviews)We live in Arkansas where the mosquitos can be quite ferocious. They don't bother me, but attack my wife like there's no tomorrow. We purchased this product with some reluntance, but wanted to try organic as we have a toddler that we did not want to potentially expose to pestisides.
Immediately after using, I noticed that the mosquito colony that was living under our deck had about disappeareded. My wife, who couldn't go outside to take the dog for a 'potty break' w/o getting bit 3 or 4 times immediately noticed a difference. They weren't completely gone, but it did seem to make a difference. The smell OUTSIDE was not nearly as powerful as I had anticipated, but I would highly recommend that when you are mixing your solution - to do so outside. I mixed my first batch in the kitchen sink and our kitchen smelled like garlic for a few days. It didn't bother me, but may be obnoxious to some.
So we were pleased customers. While a pesticide or fogging agent could be more effective, we feel better using this due to our child who plays a great deal in the back yard.
